Customer Service Policies
Brisky Pet Products is no farther away than your telephone. We can be reached at 1-800-462-2464 or by email at email@example.com. A real person will answer between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday, and generally on Saturday 8 a.m. to Noon. You may also get a live body after noon on Saturday and even on Sunday. At other times the phone will be answered by BPP's voice mail service. If you should reach the voice mail, please leave your name, phone number, and a brief description as to why you are calling. There is lot's of time so please speak slowly and distinctly. You'd be surprised at the number of callers who leave a message, but we can't return their call because we can't understand their number on the message. We will try to return all calls that same day or within 24 hours, even on weekends. All calls are important, whether you have a problem, have a question, or want to order, a courteous representative will be happy to take care of you.

So call us if you have a question about one of our products, if you need help selecting the correct product for your exotic, if you have questions regarding the status of your order or if you need information about a product you ordered from us. We'll have an answer for you. If not we'll find it. Email questions are also always welcome.
